Sleeper Cell Computers

Frequently Asked Questions

This is a list of questions we encounter regularly. If you have a question that isn't listed here, please send us a message so we may answer it for you!

Why should I choose Sleeper Cell over the competition?

 - Aside from our high spec and honest pricing, we’re a company that genuinely cares about your gaming experience. While we want to make a profit, we’re not driven by it. We’re more interested in building the best possible PC gaming computer for you at the best possible price. While you can build a gaming machine yourself—and it can be fun to do so––choosing our professionally assembled systems offers unmatched convenience and affordability.

How can Sleeper Cell offer such high-quality machines at such low prices?

 - We achieve our remarkable affordability through transparency. That means the prices of our gaming machines are based on the actual costs of the components involved—and a clear, predefined labor fee. While many companies may say they charge a small labor fee, that doesn’t help you when they’re also charging a hidden 100% markup on every major component involved in the build. We don’t do that at Sleeper Cell—hence the high spec and low price.

Are your machines really as good as you say?

 - In short, Sleeper Cell gaming computers are better than anything you will find at any comparable price point in the market. Whether you’re a newcomer to the arena or a gaming veteran, we offer the high end PC gaming experience at a price that can’t be beaten. So, yes, they are.

Are your computers built to order?

 - Most certainly, yes. While our specifications may be ‘pre-built’ as a way to streamline our processes, the machines themselves aren’t built until you order them. You will even be watch the build process and talk with us live during our Twitch livestreams in the near future.

Can I get a customized system?

 - Kind of—we offer limited customization. If you have specific changes in mind, we’re happy to discuss their feasibility and pricing with you prior to assembly. While we aim to be as flexible as possible, customizations are dependent on parts availability. As a result, we usually limit alterations to 1-2 core components.

Can I buy parts directly from you?

 - We currently don't offer direct part purchases. While we may explore a self-service build section using our pricing structure in the future, it's important to note that we are a licensed System Integrator, not a parts distributor.

Will I have to wait months if you run out of a product?

 - With backordered computers prioritized, typical delays tend to add about a week to the process. In the rare event that a computer can't be added to our production workflow immediately, we'll contact you to find a solution and deliver an alternative you’ll still love. When it comes to merchandise, however, delivery times may vary as we rely on third-party partners.

What are your shipping times

 - Typically, we aim to complete your order in 7-10 business days but often get it done sooner. If any component is back-ordered, it usually arrives within that time frame. We dispatch once your gaming computer is built, tested, and confirmed to be in working order, using your selected shipping method.

What kind of warranties do you offer?

 - We offer a 30-day return option for any reason, provided the machine is in its original condition and packaging. We also offer one-year repair or replacement for any malfunctions or breakages. Beyond that, you can purchase 2 and 3-year extended limited warranties through our partner Clyde at checkout. That said, any repairs needed due to damage inflicted upon the machine are not covered by the warranty, and refunds are not offered under these circumstances.

How are returns handled?

 - Returns involve contacting our team and repackaging the machine in its original box with internal foam inserts, and other packaging materials. Merchandise returns are managed through our partner, and mainly cover damaged or defective products. Visit our returns policy in the navigation bar at the bottom of this page for complete information.
